Liz and I went to school together, we had one of those friendships that involved getting tipsy on Lambrini at 16 and helping each other dye their hair red! So when I saw her name pop up in my inbox in December 2016 I was instantly filled with excitement! There’s nothing I love more than witnessing and capturing a friend marry their soul mate.
On the morning of the 28th April 2018, I met Liz and her bridesmaids at her parents house in Malvern ready for her bridal preparations. They spent the morning giggling and trying to work out how to use make up, before heading to Deer Park Hall in a 1920’s Bentley.
Liz stunned a gorgeous Gloriana dress from “Pure bridal” and Bridesmaid Hannah and Tanya from The Ruby Key were in charge of her finishing touches!
Liz and Dave are massive Disney fans so it made sense to them to have subtle Disney elements to their day, Liz walked down the aisle to “Tale as old as time“ from Beauty and the Beast and they signed the register to “under the sea” from the little mermaid. Their centrepieces were enchanted roses inside glass domes, the guests found their seats for dinner with an amazing “Be our guest” seating plan and their rotating disney wedding cake was out of this world!
They topped off their amazing day with a dance to Ed Sheran’s “Perfect” before the amazing band “hipster” played the night away!
